Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Creative Cult collects through creativecult.digital, why we collect it and what you can do about it. When it says “we”, it means Creative Cult.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us through a form, and what any website needs to run.
- If you book a call: your name, studio, role, work email, what you’re working on, your timeline and the time you pick.
- If you join the player panel: your email, country, the platforms you play on, your favorite genres, how many hours a week you play, your confirmation that you’re 18 or over, and a record of your consent.
- If you ask us to delete your data: the email address you give us.
- Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
What we don’t do
We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we don’t set cookies to follow you around it or anywhere else. We never sell personal data.
Why we use it
To reply to studios and arrange calls, which is in our legitimate interest and yours. To run the panel: to confirm your sign-up, match you with studies and invite you, which we do with your consent. And to keep the site and its forms safe from abuse, which is in our legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers, such as our web host, our email provider and our booking tool, who process data only on our instructions.
When you take part in a study, the invitation tells you what the studio will receive before you accept.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: for as long as we need to reply and follow up. Panel data: while you’re on the panel. When you leave, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email hello@creativecult.digital. Panel members can also delete their data at any time with the form on the panel page. You can complain to your local data protection authority too.
Children
The panel is only for people aged 18 or over, and this site isn’t intended for children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects panel members, we’ll email them before it takes effect.
