Terms of use
These terms cover creativecult.digital, our research, and the API and MCP server that serve it to software and AI assistants. When they say “we”, they mean Creative Cult.
Our research
You’re welcome to quote our findings and figures, with a link to the page each came from. Figures change as new reviews come in, so give the date each one carries. Our press page explains how to cite us.
Please credit us as Creative Cult, and don’t present our research as an endorsement of a game, a studio or a product.
The API and MCP server
The API at creativecult.digital/api/v1 and the MCP server at creativecult.digital/mcp are free to use, read-only, and need no key or account. The same terms apply to answers an AI assistant gives from them: the figures keep their dates and their links.
Keep your use reasonable. We may limit or block traffic that strains the service, and we may change or retire either service. We’ll keep the current version working while we can and note changes on the developers page.
Games and their art
Game names, key art and trademarks belong to their owners. Showing them here doesn’t give you a licence to reuse them, so ask the publisher first. The API and MCP server return text and figures only.
Accuracy
We check every figure against its source and correct mistakes when we find them. Even so, the research is provided as it is, without a warranty, and you use it at your own risk. To report an error, email hello@creativecult.digital.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site or the services after a change means you accept the new terms.
