Each point is the share of that day’s reviews that recommend the game, in every language. Days run on UTC, so a late-night launch counts its first hours with the next day. The chart also counts players who activated a key bought from another shop, which the headline figure leaves out, so their totals can differ by a point or two. Review data to the end of 27 October 2026 (UTC).

The campaign week

Digital pre-purchases opened the campaign on 16 October and DMZ on 20 October, a week before launch.12 From 16 October to 22 October, 90% of 5,834 reviews recommend the game.1

We read the most helpful of those reviews on 21 October. Players rank the campaign with Modern Warfare (2019), praise its story and its sound, and enjoy DMZ. Most of their complaints are about getting in, through the Call of Duty HQ launcher and an anti-cheat check that asks some PCs for a BIOS update. Our full reading of those reviews

The fall began before multiplayer

The best day was 19 October, when 95% of 957 reviews recommended the game. The share slipped to 91% on 20 October, the day DMZ opened, and to 76% on 22 October, the last day of early access.1

Multiplayer's first days

Multiplayer opened at launch on 23 October, with 12 new 6v6 maps and large maps with vehicles.2 On launch day, 64% of 1,114 reviews recommend the game. Each day since has come in lower, down to 54% on 27 October. From 23 October to 27 October, 60% of 3,871 reviews recommend it.1

The overall figure sits well above any day since launch because the campaign week's reviews still make up most of it. Each new day of reviews pulls it toward that day's share.
