Phantom Blade Zero achievements: all 66, and how rare each one is

Phantom Blade Zero has 66 achievements, and 4.0% of PC players have them all. How far players have got in the story, from 94% at the first escape to 13% at the last story achievement, and how rare every side quest, upgrade and collectible achievement is.

The achievements split into story progress, 18 boss fights, side quests, weapon moves, upgrades and collectibles. Each chart shows the share of PC players who have unlocked them.1

48% of PC players have left the Village of Lu so far. The biggest single drop comes between the cave behind the waterfall and Mirrorwood, where the share falls from 75% to 57%.1

Two side quests can go wrong.

  • Flesh Lily includes an optional fight with Hua, players say, and optional bosses tied to side quests can cost you the quest if you leave them too late.2
  • Undying Heroic Spirit asks for four Memory Flowers. The NPCs you meet turn hostile after a fight, and if you wait too long to kill them their flower never appears and the quest can’t be handed in.3

Blackstones and Sha-Chi Ambers are the collectibles fewest players finish. The mod players endorse most, Map Collectible Markers, shows the ones you haven’t picked up on the map.
